The staff on the infant's ward gratefully open a supply of "Boomer Caps" provided by Soroptimist Internatiomnal from Courtenay in memory of Cpl. Andrew "Boomer" Eykelenboom, a Canadian Forces medic killed while serving in Afganistan.
