• Friday November 5th Meet group at 06.15 at YVR US Departures in front of American Airlines counter. we will check in and go through US Customs as a group for departure;

• Saturday November 6th welcome breakfast, 08.30, group meetings, hospital tour and orientation and some triage; afternoon free; optional group dinner
• Sunday November 7th
  Pre-admission clinic - patient assessment and selection, unpacking of supplies and set up of operating and recovery rooms (assigned surgical team only; accompanying personnel are free)
• Work Week 1 - Monday November 8th to Friday November 12th
  Surgery at Hermano Pedro Hospital, 07.30 - 16.00 approx
  Immunization team - 08.00 - 15.00; immunization clinics at The Obras.
• Saturday November 13th/Sunday November 14th
  free time
  This year it may be possible for a small group to accompany patients home to villages!
• Work Week 2 - Monday November 15th to Thursday November 18th
  Surgery at Hermano Pedro Hospital, 07.30 - 16.00 approx
• Friday November 19th/Saturday November 20th
• Post op checks and free time
• Sunday November 21st
