Please fill in the on line form and follow instructions regading payment of your annual membership fee (February 1st - January 31st).Members pay an annual membership fee of $25.00. Members will receive our regular news letters and annual report and are invited to attend and vote at our Annual General Meeting. H4H is an entirely volunteer run organization and we encourage non-medical members to become involved as volunteers to help with administration and fund raising activies.
Your membership fee is used to support H4H surgical missions and public health projects in developing countries. A charitable donation receipt will be issued. H4H has no paid staff and we guarantee to keep administration costs below 5% of revenue. In other words at least 95% of membership fees and donations are put to work in developing countries to improve the health of the those who need it the most.
